Professional Realist's Official 2018 Bracket Projection

Hey guys! Sorry for such a delay on the first bracket projection of the year!
I'm currently in my third year of law school and that pretty much consumes my life, so I'm just glad to be able to keep doing this another year! There's a big drop off in the first few lines this year, then another tier, followed by another steep drop, so it'll be interesting to see where the rest of the season takes us! Enjoy!!

2018 SEC/B12 Challenge Predictions!

Big day in Basketball!
Today's the SEC/B12 Challenge, where ten teams in the SEC face off against the ten teams in the Big 12! It's going to be a great day to watch some out of conference basketball!

My predictions:
South Carolina 62, #14 Texas Tech 54
#20 Florida 79, Baylor 65
Texas 72, Ole Miss 68
Kansas State 65, Georgia 62 - this is a big game for both teams in respect to the NCAA Tournament
#12 Oklahoma 82, Alabama 75
#22 Tennessee 79, Iowa State 65
Vanderbilt 62, TCU 56 (this would be a big upset, but I'm not in love with TCU's resume and hard to win @Vandy, even if they are rebuilding)
#5 Kansas 82, Texas A&M 77
Arkansas 84, Oklahoma State 74
#7 West Virginia 82, Kentucky 79

If these all come true (they won't) it will leave the challenge tied at 5-5. These two conferences are pretty evenly matched this year, unfortunately it isn't pairing the teams at each tier level. Nonetheless, it'll be a great day to watch some hoops!!

Other SEC games (not in the challenge):
Auburn vs. LSU
Mississippi State vs. Missouri

Also, I'm in the process of finishing up my first bracket projection of the year and that will be posted in the next couple of days (probably tomorrow)!
Enjoy!!
